Hi, I’m Abby Chavez! For me, real estate is about so much more than buying or selling a house. It’s about faith, love, and creating a home where memories are made.

I specialize in helping families and move-up buyers throughout the East and Southeast Valley of Arizona. I work in Queen Creek, Gilbert, San Tan Valley, Mesa, Chandler, and Tempe. But I’ll work with people all over the valley who are looking for a great real estate experience. My greatest joy comes from walking alongside people in one of the biggest transitions of their lives. Making sure they feel cared for, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.

What makes me different? I lead with prayer, love, and service. My clients know they can count on me to go above and beyond. Whether that’s guiding them through tough decisions, keeping in touch long after closing, or simply being there to listen.

Many describe working with me as having a best friend in real estate. Someone who’s both professional and deeply personal.

Outside of real estate, my faith is at the center of my life. I’m actively involved at my church, where I lead three Bible study groups and pour into my community. I love highlighting local restaurants, neighborhoods. I believe being rooted in community makes every home that much more meaningful.
